COLUMBUS — Dressed in a red jacket and white sneakers, Lucille Kopetzky was ready to start pounding the pavement.
She had on sunglasses, a dollop of sunblock on her nose and a water bottle in hand for her daily jaunt. Kopetzky tracks about three miles each day. A health scare got the 79 year old on the move.

“Up to age of 75 I had been in very good health. I didn’t even have a bottle of aspirin in the house,” Kopetzky said.
