Its the 1st time in years and years that I wont be home 4 Thanksgiving, and maybe even Christmas. But I still have alot 2 be Thankful 4. My sisters and father are all alive, not healthy, but alive. My dad still enjoys being able to stay living on the farm. 1 sister is in Florida and the other in Bellwood, and im happy 2 be in Texas. Ilike being where its warm. LoL. Got my health and I can fish whenever I want. Amen.

My "new" life, having a great person to share my life with, my kids and my mom, all the great friends I have that support me. Thanksgiving isn't the only time of year we need to think about it.

Im happy to have the family I do, and to also have a job at this time. Hours have been cut back some but I still manage.

I know theres alot of people out there right now that would do anything for a job so its one thing im very very thankful for, it really helps as I just bought a house last year.

American soldiers.

if you have ever had to live outside for months on end without creature comforts and still maintain a fighting edge, you'll know how good you have it.

cold rain, sweltering heat, snow, sub-zero temps, no radio, no cell phone, no tv, no noise, no lights, no shower, no toilet, no bed, no clean clothes, no house, no electricty, no fire, no heat, no a/c, no sleep, no sick days, no vacation days, no weekend off, no warm meals, and that which is too gruesome to mention.

i'll have plenty to be thankful for. i will never forget. i will enjoy my freedom. it is a gift, given by those who have and who will sacrifice their own freedom. some will and some have sacrificed their physical well being, yet others have and others will pay the ultimate price.

i will be in a warm house with all the creature comforts, without the fear of being in the face of danger, sitting with my family, eating a full course meal. someone won't be, and i am thankful for the beautiful gift they have bestowed upon me.

I'm thankful for the father-son combination that gave away their valuable Husker tickets last weekend. You know who you are! A father-son truly enjoyed them! We are thankful for the happiness brought on by the Husker tickets. LOL

Yes, we are thankful for all the blessings our family, friends, this community and our nation and all mankind endured this year. A special thanks to our soldiers and their families.

This year I am thankful for alot. First that my family and I have a place to live that is warm. But the number one thing is that my husband and I both have good jobs. So that we can provide for our family. There is so many people out there that have lost their jobs and are not able to have a Thanksgiving meal or even a Christmas this year. My hearts go out to you. We were in the same situation until we moved. It was hard to find work but we found it. When one door closes another opens. We openned the door and are happier now than ever.
VERY THANKFUL

I am SO thanksful for:
Family (who loves me no matter what)
Friends (who are there always)
Good job (and my co-workers - most of them)
Good Health (so many don't have it)
Home (where my family can gather)
Soldiers (both overseas and abroad - for preserving our freedom) Wish you could all be home with your families this year!!!

Any so many other things we take for granted each and every day.

Live every day as if it's your last and don't forget to tell your loved ones that you LOVE them.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!
