Jaxson Hornbacher

LEIGH -- Jaxson Dennis Hornbacher, 23 months, of Leigh, was embraced by Jesus in Heaven on Thursday, July 23, 2009. He was born Aug. 10, 2007, to

Nicholas and Lori (Heiden) Hornbacher at York.

Jaxson had a smile that would warm your heart. He loved and looked up to his big sister and brother. He loved playing with his trucks and trains and chasing his cat, Alex, around the house.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Nicholas and Lori Hornbacher, of Leigh; sister Emily and brother Bryson, of Leigh; grandparents Gordon and Diane Heiden, of Waco; Bruce Hornbacher, of York, and Tresha (Jeff) Zimmerman of Clarkson; great grandparents Dorothy Heiden, of Waco, Del (Jan) Hornbacher of York, and Dennis (Kitty) Kear of York. He also is survived by many aunts, uncles, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by great grandparents, Otto and Mabel Parsons and Gerald Heiden.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in York with the Reverend Melvin Rempe officiating. Burial will be held in Greenwood Cemetery, York. A rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2009, at Metz Chapel with family remaining after to visit with friends.

Visitation will be held Monday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. at the mortuary. Memorials may be given to the family. Condolences may be left for the family at www.metz
