7:45 p.m. -- At 325 E. 23rd St., John Carrillo, 18, and Angelica Rincon, 21, both of 4135 E. 26th St., No. 657, were cited for theft by shoplifting.

11:42 p.m. -- At the intersection of 23rd Street and 33rd Avenue, Brian Andrews, 41, Omaha, was cited for disobeying a traffic control device, driving under the influence-second offense, no valid registration and no operator’s license.

7:55 p.m. -- In the 3400 block o 27th Street, a vehicle driven by Matthew Puckett, 16, 1704 14th St., struck bicyclist Richard Jenkinson, 2904 Sixth St., No. 3.

4:46 p.m. -- In the 1500 block of 23rd Street, traffic accident. Drivers were Nancy Ortiz, 28, 3111 21st St., and Amber Kumpf, 21, Osceola.

9:35 p.m. -- At the intersection of 33rd Avenue and 23rd Street, traffic accident. An unknown driver struck a vehicle driven by Elizabeth Girardin, 20, 1872 22nd Ave.

10:51 p.m. -- At 3019 23rd St., Joshua Dittmer, 25, Osceola, was cited for possession of marijuana-one ounce or less.

July 19

12:10 a.m. -- In the 2600 block of 19th Street, a vehicle driven by Leo Lucero, 25, 1821 17th St., struck parked vehicles owned by Danny Paczosa, Duncan, and an unknown owner. Lucero was cited for leaving the scene of an accident, no operator’s license and no proof of insurance.

4:03 a.m. -- At 2579 47th Ave., No. 5, Oswaldo Herrera, 27, 3609 17th St., was cited for a protection order violation, possession of stolen property and false reporting.

4:13 a.m. -- At the intersection of 30th Avenue and 23rd Street, Matthew Moravec, 28, David City, was cited for driving during revocation.

9:30-10 a.m. -- In the Super Saver parking lot, 3318 23rd St., an unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by Bonita Tindall, Osceola.
