Saturday will be Let the Bets Roll, where fans will register and if drawn, will have a certain amount of time to wager and can make a pretty good hit. Sunday will feature, In The Money, where names will be drawn for each horse in the feature. If your name is drawn, you will receive a voucher, and you must be present to draw. The 2008 Columbus Races meet will offer win, place and show wagering, two daily doubles, qurellas, exactas and tri-fectas and every race, two pick three, two superfecta, the fifth and last races with a $10 minimum. This year’s Columbus races will have 12 stakes races. With the top trainers on the Nebraska circuit here for the meet and the barns expecting to be close to full, there should be some good racing, so come on out Thursday and get the races rolling and have a great night. Leon Fickel will give his daily selections for the Columbus Races throughout the season. |
