6:44 p.m. -- At the intersection of 18th Avenue and Sixth Street, traffic accident. Drivers were Sheri Heidemann, 33, 2304 Sixth St., and Amanda Zywiec, 17, 1822 First St. Heidemann was cited for a stop sign violation and no operator’s license.

8:48 p.m. -- At the intersection of 19th Street and 23rd Avenue, Maria Contreras-Hernandez, 41, 1065 20th Ave., was cited for allowing an unlicensed person to drive. Jose Gallardo, 20, 1065 20th Ave., was cited for false reporting and no operator’s license.
