Gaver wins his second straight modified race

ALBION -- Columbus resident Jason Gaver won his second consecutive Modified A feature at the Boone County Raceway Friday night.

Gaver finished ahead of Tyler Iverson of Albion and Kyle Prauner of Norfolk. Jacob Anson, also of Albion, came in fourth.

Randy Hooker of Humphrey took the Stock Car feature, finishing ahead of Troy Bergman of Columbus and Mark Hooker of Albion.

Brad Bittner of Albion finished ahead of Shawn Rasmussen, also of Albion, in winning the Hobby Stock feature. Finishing third was Robbie Evans of Elgin. Chris Tenski of St. Edward came in ninth.

Kyle Berck of Marquette won the SLMR A feature over Al Humphrey of Giltner. Mark Lueken of Albion finished sixth.

Mike Kelley of Albion came in second to Bryant Goldsmith of Corning, Iowa, in the SLMR B feature.
