CHS Band Boosters hold soup supper

About 600 people enjoyed soup and assorted pies as part of a fundraising effort that will send the Columbus High School Band to the 2008 Alamo Bowl this December.

This sounds like a good effort by the Band. If four others will chip in $100 a piece and send their contributions to the Telegram, I will too and that will make $500. Good to see kids making good music in more ways than one.
