All the talking heads on TV are touting the potential runoff between Sen. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama on the Democratic side of the ticket. On the GOP side they speak Condaleeze Rice. Lipservice aside, do you think a woman or a black or a black woman could win a presidential election?
